Your therapeutic massage will vary (depending on your goals). Whether your goal is migraine frequency reduction, chronic pain management for fibromyalgia, reducing the effects of stress or muscle guarding, needing help calming down your nervous system, or maybe you don't know what it's called. That's okay! Just pick the duration / length of time you want to spend working towards your outcome, and we will collaborate together for the rest.
Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage
The same collaborative, consent-first approach - adapted for pregnancy. Whether you're managing discomfort, stress, or just need an hour where someone is paying attention to how you're actually doing, this is for you.
Prenatal clients are welcome at any trimester.
No doctor's note needed.
