Yes and no. It depends on what you mean by deep tissue.If you're looking for focused work that reaches deeper layers and addresses specific areas of concern, yes! I use targeted approaches that don't rely on force to get results.If you're looking for lots of pressure just for the sake of pressure, then no. Deeper work doesn't automatically require more force, and I'm not known for the kind of glowing reviews that mention feeling steamrolled. Massages here aren't forceful or aggressive, and "no pain, no gain" isn't an option. If an intense, high-pressure massage is what you're after, I'm probably not your therapist, but I can recommend others who may be a better fit.
