Each session begins with a brief check-in to discuss what would be most supportive for you that day - whether that’s addressing ongoing discomfort, focusing on a specific area, or simply allowing your nervous system a break.
There is no requirement to commit to a specific focus or outcome.
Your session remains flexible and amenable.
