About your therapist and where to find me

Hey! I’m Jamie - Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017. I specialize in Therapeutic Wellness and Prenatal massage (also, yes, relaxing and calming your nervous system is 100% therapeutic - that is a hill I’m not coming down from). My goal is to create a space so inclusive and comfortable that you feel completely at home - no judgments, just support and calm (sometimes nerdy) vibes. I want you to feel safe enough to share what you need with zero worries about speaking up (I promise it won’t offend me - contrary to popular belief… massage therapists are not mind readers). I’m more than happy to adapt sessions for you.

I graduated with honors from Wellspring School of Allied Health, where I earned the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. I stay curious and keep learning to make sure my clients get the best, up to date, evidence-informed, care possible.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably find me with my face buried in research papers or out hiking with my family.
