Insurance & Medical Reimbursement
Massage therapy may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your insurance plan and medical necessity.
I do not bill insurance directly (at this time). Payment is due at the time of service. I provide documentation to support clients who choose to submit claims independently.
What I Provide
Upon request, you may receive:
-
A detailed receipt with provider information
-
Date and duration of service broken down into billable "units" if required
-

-
Session notes (SOAP notes) if required.
Documentation is accurate, professional, and compliant with Missouri licensure standards.
What You're Responsible For
Before your appointment, contact your insurance provider and ask:
-
Is massage therapy covered under my plan?
-
Do I need a referral or prescription? (with or without diagnostic codes)

Are there unit and / or visit limits?
Each policy is different. reimbursement is not guaranteed.
