About Me
Hi, I’m Jamie - a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017 and someone who’s endlessly curious about how the body adapts, communicates, and heals. I graduated with honors from Wellspring School of Allied Health, where I received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award.
I specialize in therapeutic wellness and prenatal massage, with a strong focus on nervous system support and whole-body calm. Many of my sessions - like Headspace - are designed to quiet the mind as much as they ease physical tension. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. No judgments, no pressure, just honest communication and respect for your body’s needs.
I love helping clients understand what’s happening beneath the surface, because when you know why something hurts, it’s easier to work with your body instead of against it. When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually diving into new research, experimenting with techniques, or exploring ways to make massage feel more accessible, inclusive, and restorative for everyone.

My Therapeutic Approach
Every session starts with a conversation, a genuine check-in to see how your body and nervous system are doing that day. From there, I blend evidence-informed techniques with an intuitive sense of what your body actually needs, creating a session that’s both effective and deeply restorative.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all massage. Some days call for focused therapeutic work; other days, your system might need stillness and calm to reset. My goal is always to help you find that balance: reduce tension, quieting stress patterns, and supporting the way your whole body communicates and heals.
Whether you’re needing reinforcement with chronic pain, pregnancy-related discomfort, lymphatic support post surgery, or the daily weight of stress, I approach each session as a collaboration. Together, we help you reconnect with your body and leave feeling grounded, clear, and genuinely cared for.
