The Roots Reward program has been retired. It will be replaced by an alternative for cost savings. If you have questions about your balance, just reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense. Any balances will be honored through the end of the year.

Migraine Outcomes
This project will fill a gap from a real practice setting. The goal is not to prove causation or publish in a peer-reviewed journal. The goal is to generate honest, clinically useful observations
