When you arrive
01
Your Appointment Time
Your booked time is dedicated entirely to your treatment. Evaluation and pre-visit collaboration are additional, meaning you never lose minutes to paperwork or check-ins. We move at a pace that feels right for you. If we ever need to adjust our start time to dive deeper into prep, I’ll always ask for your consent first.
03
Your Care Plan
Your treatment is a collaborative clinical process based on your specific health goals or provider orders. You maintain complete autonomy and you can request technical adjustments at any time, and clinical silence is always an option.
05
Prenatal Care
Pregnancy is a physiological context that informs the approach but does not change the clinical integrity of the work. The application remains therapeutic and goal-directed, utilizing specialized positioning and adaptations for safety. The same collaborative framework applies to prenatal care to ensure the work remains substantive and effective.

Understanding the Process (How massage works)
Manual therapy communicates to your nervous system with controlled pressure via sensory receptors that it is safe to let go, and de-escalate the protective response in the muscles, allowing them to reduce or drop their guard.
09
Professional Environment & Boundaries
A controlled, clinical environment is essential for effective care. Air filters run 24/7 and the room is aired out and cleaned between every visit to accommodate allergies and sensitivities. Unscented lotion or oil is the default. *Scented options are available upon request.
To ensure comfort and physical autonomy, clinical hygiene standards are strictly maintained, and professional draping is utilized at all times. All manual therapy is adaptable to your comfort level and can be performed directly on the skin or through clothing. This is a dedicated healthcare space with a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that deviates from professional therapeutic boundaries.Additional FAQs are HERE
02
Assessment & Evaluation
We begin by evaluating your current physical baseline and reviewing your medical intake forms to ensure safety and clinical relevance.
04
Additional Tools
Clinical tools like cupping or heat / hot stones are available to support our work but are never a default part of your visit. We may discuss incorporating them if they align with your goals, such as reducing surface-level guarding, but they are strictly optional and included at no extra cost. These are only utilized with your express informed consent.
06
After Your Appointment
We'll review your progress and identify potential strategies for maintaining your progress and supporting your recovery until your next visit.
08
