About our sessions

Massage Options for Your Wellness
-
Headspace Massage
This massage focuses on your scalp, neck, and shoulders - just where stress loves to settle. It not only combats tight muscles but also helps calm your body’s built-in stress response, encouraging a shift from “fight-or-flight” to a more relaxed state. Great for relieving headaches, neck plights, or that everyday mental load we all carry. You’ll leave feeling clear-headed, relaxed, and ready to take on the day.
(no oil/lotion is used on your scalp… unless you specifically request it)
-
Mindful Prenatal Massage
This supportive massage is designed for expectant clients, offering both gentle relaxation and, when needed, deeper relief for tension and muscle aches. Perfect for combating stress, improving rest, and addressing the unique discomforts of pregnancy, this massage adapts to your comfort level - helping you feel more at home in your body (even with an extra human) and ready to take on each stage with confidence.
** Prenatal massage clients are welcome at any trimester - first and beyond.
** No Doctor’s note needed. You know your body best, but if you have any concerns, checking in with your provider is always a good idea.

This session supports overall wellness while letting you choose where we focus. Whether your goal is lowering stress, working with muscles that feel resistant or restricted, or addressing specific problem spots, we plan the approach together and use techniques that calm the nervous system, reduce muscle guarding, and help your body function at its best. You’ll leave feeling balanced, recharged, and ready for the rest of your day.
-
Aromatherapy
Choose your vibe! Selection of essential oils, scented and unscented massage oils - lotions, whatever you would like (or don’t like… totally optional, and totally up to you)

Hot Stones / Cupping Therapy
These add-ons use heat or negative pressure to help combat tension, increase (local) circulation, and support muscle recovery. Hot stones provide targeted warmth to encourage pain relief, local increases in blood flow, and elasticity of connective tissues., while cupping uses negative pressure / vacuum to create comfort and relaxation on a systemwide level (which then leads your body to release its own natural pain-relieving chemicals). Both are integrated with your massage for comfort and safety.
Not suitable for certain health conditions: if any contraindications are noted on your health form, your session will be adjusted accordingly.Choose one or both.
