HEALTH INFORMATION

Health intake forms are collected via Google Forms and stored using HIPAA-compliant tools (Google Workspace). Session notes are stored using HIPAA-compliant tools. This practice does not use Wix to collect or store any health information.

Your health information is used only to provide appropriate massage therapy services. It is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law or in the event of a medical emergency.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed through Stripe. This practice does not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment card details — that information is entered directly into Stripe's secure system and never passes through or is retained by this website or practice.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING

Appointments are booked through Setmore. When you book, your name and phone number are collected to confirm your appointment. Setmore's privacy policy governs how booking data is handled on their end.

COMMUNICATIONS

If you are on the email list, you receive a maximum of two emails per month. You can unsubscribe at any time. Email addresses are not shared with third parties.

Text and phone communications are used only for appointment-related purposes.

DATA RETENTION

Client records, including health intake forms and session notes, are retained as required by Missouri law and professional standards. You may request a copy of your records or ask questions about retention by contacting this practice directly.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:
