Why You Might Feel Gross After a Massage

You just had a massage. You expected to float out of the room, hydrated and glowing. But instead?

You're tired. Your body aches. Maybe you're even a little sniffly or emotionally weird. Did the massage give you the flu?

Short answer: nope.

Longer answer: your nervous system is just going through a *very real* physiological shift.
