Evidence-informed takes on how bodies actually work, what massage does and doesn't do, and why some things you've heard are just wrong (or not).

How Often Should You Get a Massage?
How often should you get a massage? There isn’t a universal rule. For some people, a consistent rhythm supports comfort, mobility, and stress regulation. For others, sessions are occasional and goal based. Massage isn’t a requirement for staying “aligned” or detoxed... it’s a supportive tool that we adjust based on how your body responds and what you need.
